Can West came out to Mundare to core, enlarge and install 3 new basement windows. One was an entirely new window that they created for me. My experience with the company was excellent from start to finish. I sent an email request on their website and was contacted promptly by a friendly knowledgeable person. They did everything they said they would and more! Their onsite crew was excellent! On time, polite, respectful of my home and yard and kept a clean work area. The service was done accurately and precisely by hand with attention to detail. Absolutely pleased with the entire experience and will use them again and recommend them whole heartedly!
Can West\ came to my house and saw that the window that I was given for them to install was incorrectly made. They were able to \give\ me one of their windows at no extra cost. They got in, cut the hole out for my basement window, installed it, and got out. The only thing that was left was to frame the edges of the window inside the room, which is not under the scope of their job description. One thing, I absolutely do not recommend having them cut out the hole then get another contractor to install the window. Let them do the complete job. You could very well save yourself a big headache.
They were very fast at installing our window beautifully. The cuts they made in the concrete were done amazingly. Well priced too. Very friendly. Thanks guys. Love my new window!
Had been stood up by another company numerous times. Called Chase at CanWest, he was at my place the same day and had a crew scheduled the following day. The crew they sent out were very professional and completed the window cut and installed the same day. Very happy I made the call, thank you.
