After a horrid experience at the Abbotsford location (they got my measurements wrong after providing a detailed diagram). Cliff the store manager insulted me because I complained that they didn't follow the instructions. I literally wasted my time sending in my complaint to them via email as they requested because they did absolutely nothing. So after all of that, I decided to source out my LED lighting needs direct from China. I picked up the identical driver they sold me for 55 for 5. Thank you for your poor customer service! I am now saving a bundle!
Needed to buy 25 bulbs and wasn't loving the prices over at the big orange hardware store - so I gave these guys a visit. Prices were significantly better than the big name and the customer service was fantastic. They pulled out some bulbs to show me the difference between the options available, and answered all the questions I had. Thank you!
