I ordered my coffee back in mid January and was advised there would be a few weeks delay because the seller needed to order more coffee which was fine. This few weeks turned into over a month. What was most bizarre was the shipping label that was created with Canada on February 13, 2021 but no coffee was sent out over a week later. I reached out to the sellar and he said there was a backlog in product again and it would be sent out next week. Needless to say, I was feeling like this was a scam and disputed the transaction with PayPal. Who creates a shipping label and never sends out the product? The seller did issue me a refund. He said he would still send me the coffee for customer service which I appreciated. That being said, I never received the coffee and as of today (March 18) there is still a shipping label created with Canada Post but no item dropped off/or shipped at Canada Post. This definitely screams scam to me. Watch out people.

I had a similar experience as another person who posted their review. I ordered thier Liberica coffee beans after seeing an article about them on BlogTo, and was very much excited to try it out. I put my order in the last week of jan 2021. I got an email a week later saying that there would be delays due to the influx of orders and covid, which was fine and understandable. What followed though was just so bizzare and random. They sent me a tracking number to track my package, but all it kept showing me was that "Item was delayed". I even contacted CanadaPost and opened an escalation with them, but they emailed me back saying the seller only created a shipping label, they never actually sent the package out. I contact the seller and get two really weird replies back. "I purchased the Canada post label in advance to make sure it was ready to go, but the Liberica from Malaysia took much longer than usual to get to Canada. This particular covid delivery delay has been quite disastrous in timeline, mo aplogies". There are no explainations as to why the coffeehasnt been shipped out as its March now. I got another message from the owner on my instagram, which was just a picture of random coffee bags, saying "Sry on the go lately. Likely you'll get them this week.". And this was last Sat, and its been another week now, and I still keep seeong the tracking info as "Seller created shipping label". Thankfully I paid via paypal, so I have escalated the issue with them and hopefully I will get my money back. But overall just really disappointed with LeClair Organics
Tried the Coffee berry tea, Liberica coffee, and the Racemosa. All were good quality product and different from the regular coffee's out there. Now I have some of these every day!
