Pfaff Mazda has amazing service and knowledgeable staff. Adrienne and Jasmine helped through trading my CX-5 for a new CX-3 Sport. Although there were some hiccups along the way, they were consistent and determined to help me throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I had a great experience at Pfaff when I purchased my new Mazda3 in August. I worked with Ben and Jasmine, they were both excellent to work with. Ben was very knowledgeable and did a great job making me feel comfortable. Jasmine was great explaining the financing and warranty options. Overall it was a great experience with both Ben and Jasmine, neither one of them pressured me at all at any point in sale. I would highly recommend working with both of them. In the future I will definitely be back for my next car purchase.
