Being an older building the units are very generous in size. Big bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, massive living room and amazing views. The units are nicely renovated. The elevators are quick and you have everything you need in walking distance. The management is very friendly and helpful. Downtown is only a 40 minute ride away by TTC.

I am having issues with cockroaches in my suite. I saw that someone had posted in the laundry room the same issue. Had my suite treated twice, frankly I think all this treatment is doing is just moving the cockroaches around the building from suite to suite

I lived here for decades and it used to be nice, We even had dry cleaning. New tenants just leave garbage and cigarrette butts in the parking, I asked management to clean it up, but nothing has been done. This building is going downhill. Bike room is a mess, 1 spot for 1 bike but there are 3 to 4 bikes for 1 spot and blocking the pathway. Parking lot is full of garbage. Cars without stickers are parking in empty spots or somebody else spots. New tenants are learning how to drive in the basement parking. Building management just pretends to care with tenant's concern. He said he will do something but does nothing. If you are into refugees, there's a lot of them here, definitely no shortage of them.
