I have a family member there in special care. The staff are so patient with these folks and try to do their work with a smile as much as possible which in turn promotes smiles on the residents faces. They tailor activities to the residents in each ward so that all can participate as much as they are able to. Watching loved ones decline is never easy but the staff at Sun Parlour help ease that for the families.

Great staff and really good service! The home is really nice after the renovations with so many things for the residents! Music, crafts, trips, court yard, shoppe, fireside room, auditorium, extensive lounges, lobby, cafe, computers, library, patio, movies, snacks, tv rooms, etc.
I like to thank the Sunparlor Home and staff , to the wonderful care our Mom had while she was there.
Residents are treated like human beings. Residents take part in outings, crafts, games, music and cooking. Staff is very caring.
