The staff member who answered the phone in regards to the two prescriptions was beyond ignorant. First she transferred me mid conversation as if she didn't have time to waste talking to me, then the person who took over proceeds to dead name even after being corrected. And I know for a fact the person did it callously because the information was updated 2 years ago. It seems the owner has no concern for what their business does as long as they make money. As well as inconsistent charges for the same prescription month to month. They are horrible to their customers as well as enjoy ripping people off for their prescriptions. I

On the morning of Thurs Oct 8 2020 Kingsville Shoppers called Leamington store to see if the product I wanted was in stock. The girl that called from the Kingsville store was told they didn't have time to do that. They were too busy. Customer service? How rude to the employee that was nice enough to call for me and to the customer. I will never enter the Leamington store because they obviously don't have time for any customer service. Poor business ethics. As I can see from previous reviews this is an ongoing issue which is not being resolved.
New to Leamington, i had sever acne and breakout problems from past 3 years, tried medication, home remedies and products from various brands. Few days ago i visit shoppers and SUMMER suggested me products and that did miracle on my skin. I really appreciate her assistance and her knowledge about skin care products.Thanks to Summer
The postal service today was very rude, they are okay with allowing you to use a pen but not tape. Very rude.
