Was snowy as you would expect in February, but the trails were groomed for us to walk on, or to ski if that was what you wanted. Some trails were marked as Covid friendly and were supposed to be one way but there were no clear arrows so there was two way traffic. Bathrooms were clean and easy to find. Overall, a lovely day!

Point Pelee was exceptionally a fun place to visit. If you like nature there is very much to see and do. Bike trails, walking trails, the beach, picnic areas, nature areas, the point, the boardwalk, the old lookout tower and the new lookout tower are all interesting and fun things to do. Birders go to Point Pelee every year in May as well as the fishermen who dip for smelt in the spring. It was very easy to spend the whole day enjoying the park and finish off with a gorgeous sunset over the water!

Amazing park with an opportunity to be the most southern person on mainland Canada! There are so many things to do and explore in the park including many beautiful hiking/cycling trails, beaches. There is alot of eco diversity in the area where you can see cacti growing just beside the lake. There is a cactus foot walk area as well, its a small hike which leads you to a patch of cacti. Along the path you may find tiny cacti stuck on your clothes. They are not prickly and removable so not a big deal. Board walk takes you through the marsh land. You may see frogs, turtles and different kinds of birds here. Observation tower at the point is a must. We were able to spot hundreds of butterflies and a few eagles in the area. Our otentik experience was really nice and cozy. Everything was super clean and kitchen utensils were properly cleaned and sanitized. Staff was amazing and friendly! Food basics walmart etc are very near incase any emergency supply is needed. Cons: we encountered stable flies on our 2nd day at the beach site. They bite and annoy you. So bug spray is a must. Also may encounter many daddy long legs but they don't do anything so you are good!

Awesome park, we stayed overnight in the cabins. Washrooms were really clean and the staff did a good job in keeping things neat/tidy. Highly recommend bringing your bike and exploring all the trails. Wonderful sights, seemed like a fairytale bike ride!
