He has always beat any competators price and he has always stood behind his products. I highly recommend Lore if your looking for a laptop that will easily meet your needs. These people are a joke, they sell you a product and tell you it comes with a warranty but when you return to get answers the door is locked they don't return your phone call and simply said have no intention of backing up their warranty claims. My advice to anyone looking for good IT service would be to avoid this want to be computer sales outfit like the plague,spend your hard earned money else where and save yourself the headache.
