Bought mushrooms yesterday, started to cook, noted mushrooms were what appears to be damp, called to see if safe to eat. Mailbox full. I had to throw them outsatue

Came here a few times for load pick up. Unfortunately the load was not ready multiple times even though the trailer was dropped off many many hours before for the sole purpose to have it ready at pick up time. The load was delayed by more than two hours and ate up my duty hours for my long trip. They should have contacted our dispatch about the delay so that I could have started my hours later. They need to be respectful of the time of the drivers especially when they had the empty trailer for the full day. We can only work a certain hours and then we have to stop for many hours and our whole schedule could become derailed because of unnecessary delay! I was told the system will be better in the future. Also, they did not wrap the load correctly and one of the pallets was broken. So, a lumper fee was asked for at receiver for restocking two pallets. Also, there is no bell to ring if you come to pick up your load! There is no way to reach the workers inside that you are waiting in the cold outside! Highline! Please install a bell for drivers! I had to go to multiple doors to be entered into the building.
