Leaf Filter honored its warranty by quickly resolving an issue with a clogged down spout. My only criticism and the reason for four stars is had the original installers performed their jobs more responsibly there would not have been a clog in the first place.

We had LeafFilter come out in late October to give us a quote to put the gutter guards on our house. We agreed to it and gave them 110 deposit. When the installers came to do the work, they were unable to do it because of how the gutters were attached to the house. We asked LeafFilter for a refund and they advised it would be 3-4 weeks for the refund. They were quick to come to the house to give us a quote and take the money but returning it is another thing all together. I finally received the cheque last week. I deposited within a couple of days of receipt. I was reviewing my bank statement and I saw that there was a charge back on my account. I called the bank and asked about it and they advised that the cheque I deposited from LeafFilter had a stop payment on it. Unbelievable. I know it is not a lot of money but it is the principle of it. Just a warning to all

I e-mailed the company one morning and within minutes I received a call to set a time for a quotation which was later that day. The sales person respected my space and proceeded to measure and review the existing eave troughs and set up. After the review the sales person gave me a run down on Leaf Filter and all the similar products. I received the quote and immediately accepted. The product was installed the next day and is working as designed. All in all a great experience from start to finish with the person setting up the appointment to the sales person and installers. Great product with great people working for the company
