Glad we found a place to air our thoughts on LEADS. My son who is on the Autistic spectrum has been registered with them for approx 18 months without any \leads\. The initial worker assigned to our son was very good, at least he tried. The subsequent \worker\ doesn't seem to have done any work at all. Emails going back 2 months not answered and that was not the first time that happened. The excuse given and repeated several times, was \I have been very busy\. To extract that excuse it was necessary to contact her supervisor and arrange a face to face meeting. How much time does it take, out of courtesy at least, to send an email, saying \apologies but I have been very busy\, not ideal, but at least that resembles some kind of \service\. Appalling service funded by \Service Canada\, i.e. your and my taxes.

I was with them for 2 months. In that time i got switched from one worker to a less qualified worker. I was asked by my worker what ADHD inattentive type was (what?!). And then i was not called back for over a month by my worker because i was offended by her questions. They applied for 5 jobs in the 2 months i was there, not one call from a business for an interview. I apply to more jobs in a day than that. It is a complete waste of time. I would give it zero stars if possible.

An amazing agency offering one-on-one support for job searching. Workers are very compassionate, caring, and helpful.

They took my disability off of my resume. None of my employers knew that I had a learning disability. They were sometimes rude and unprofessional. They sometimes didn't show up for appointments. They made empty promises with no follow through. The only good thing about this agency was that they taught me how to count money.
