i moved in to a place where there were alot of plumbing issues my real estate lawyer said get it fixed and he'd have the seller pay the bill. so i went ahead and got it fixed but my lawyer failed to have the bill paid 6 months later they came after me for the bill which yes sure it was still outstanding i understand that but the fact the owner got threatening and its now been paid in full for almost 6 years and still marked on my credit as unpaid shows the type of company this is yes things stay on your credit as late payment but don't show up as unpaid 6 years later at least none of my other late bills with decent companies have before not to mention they illegally removed the water meter and never notified the township about it

I had Leachmans installed plumbing for a new washer in dryer in my home. I have to say I was not really impressed with them. First I wanted to have the plumbing behind the washer and dryer (not on the side) but when I got home after work they told be they could not get it through the back so they placed it on the side (they really should have told me about that before proceeding). I was a bit upset but trusted their expertise. I later found, when my electrician came to finish the job to install the electrical components of the job and the vent for the dryer, that not only they could have gone through the back like I wanted (it would have been more difficult, but much more convenient for me once installed), but that by moving the plumbing to the side they had actually damaged some of my wiring (as pictured, you can see the empty drilled holes and the damaged wire). They ought to have known there was a wire there as it was clarly visible (also pictured) but they still damaged it and failed to tell me about it. It is clear they knew they hit something and they probably knew exactly what it was. Nevertheless, I brought the issue to their attention and demanded compensation for material and time for my electrician on two occasions, but they did not even acknowledged my complaint. My electrician only found out because he was doing other work in the house. If the issue had gone unnoticed, it would have left live and exposed aluminum wires in my home, which is a significant fire hazard. On the bright side, the install works, but it was far from a nice experience.
The plumber was prompt, knowledgeable, and very personable! This was my first time trying out leachman's, and I would definitely use them again.
On the recommendation of another plumber who recommended Leachmans I contacted this company as a pipe valve was leaking out of control. Within minutes, Paul attended and replaced the required parts and had us completely fixed up within one hour of the initial call to Leachmans!!! Paul was very professional, polite and efficient. Highly recommend this company based on what I experienced this afternoon!!
Guys were awesome, had what I thought was a simple call, no water. Turned out I needed my well water pump needed to be replaced. The plumber worked until the job was complete, diagnosis all the possibilities until concluding it was the pump. He went out of his way to make sure I had water when he could have easily told me to wait until they had time to do it. Reasonably priced too!
