Very pleased with the support I received via head office. We had a warranty issue with our kettle and received a replacement. It's worth spending the extra for a quality product, especially when it's associated with a company you can depend on. Will definitely buy more products in future.
Came in on Monday afternoon to purchase a teapot and received amazing service from Brian. Very personable and warm. Made the shopping experience that much better. Teapot holds up to Le Creuset's quality expectations.
WOULD GIVE 0 STAR IF POSSIBLE PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING TO THIS STORE, IT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF TIME, MONEY AND DIGNITY Le Creuset have great products no doubt, but the customer service at this location is the exact opposite to the quality of their product. I visited this store with a friend looking for a round french oven, and after the sales explained the product we asked for a few minutes to come to a decision. We were in the store for less than 15 minutes before a staff yelled at us across the store for us to "get the hell out" because their store is not for people to "look around" and there are people waiting outside looking to buy. This type of disrespect is unacceptable, especially when I am a returning customer who had purchased in this exact location a few times with the past six month. Needless to say despite the quality of Le Creuset's product I would most likely never return to this store ever again.
Bad customer service from the store manager. They only had one unit left of the item I wanted which was their floor/display sample. It had a couple nicks and scratches in the Teflon so they said they would give me 10% off but that this discount would make it a final sale and could never be returned or exchanged. If I give up the right to ever return it I would expect more than 10% off, and for a less-than-perfect item? They also didn’t even offer to bring in a new one for me at full price. I expect better service from a supposedly high-end store such as this...
Very discouraging to find out the prices on the website are different than the store and the store would not honour the website price. They had the item in stock. This doesn’t make sense to me and doesn’t want me to go back to the store.

Great experience. Store is very clean, staff is lovely and welcoming. Displays are beautiful. They got one of the best cookbooks on the market for you to get some inspiration. Not everything that you want might be in stock, but who cares when the coffee they do tastes so great :) A year later... and again 5 stars! Every time I leave the store with a smile. Thank you to staff - you make it a great shopping experience!
