Moved in about a month ago and have to say I've very much fallen in love with the place. I was a bit nervous since I had to rent without first seeing the place but all my requests for pictures and virtual tours and all my millions of questions were met with nothing but patience and kindness. Everyone who works here has made me feel incredibly welcome and any issue I've run into was fixed quickly and without hassle. Moving is never easy, and even more so with a worldwide pandemic so I'm incredibly thankful to everyone involved for making this transition as smooth and stress free as possible and hope to stay settled here for quite some time :)

Prime location, Helpful/Responsive management, Good Amenities It goes without saying that finding an apartment can be stressful. Of all the apartments I visited, I received the best customer experience in terms of apartment viewing and helping me find the perfect place per my needs. Sarah by far is an amazing agent to deal with. Is very responsive and is very understanding. She kept up with my indecisive trait and showed me different options in the building, until I was convinced on one. I even bothered her during her off days. :/ (Don’t do that folks ;p). \u2028\u2028All other folks that I have met so far in the management have been super helpful and kind. I was looking for an apartment that is bright and has a good view. Super stocked with the apartment I decided to go with. View of Old port and Jacques Cartier bridge from the balcony. Sign me up! Looking forward to experience my stay here. Will update the column in few months :)

I love the new apartment! The online tour didn't promise too much and after a couple of days I already feel at home. Sarah was welcoming and friendly and made renting this apartment really easy. Because we're not from Canada we didn't know how some of the requirements work, but Sarah answered all our questions and even helped us setting up our insurance. 3 days after our tour, we had the keys. Nice to be here.

AVOID!!! Living here is HELL. If I wasn't trapped by my lease I would leave. Constant construction noise starting at 7am, weekly fire alarms at random times, no hot water or any water without warning, they shut off the power without warning.... it is an absolute nightmare. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They’re been doing renovations for months on end and seem to make no progress. They chose to do them all before 10am & not after so we are always woken up at 7am by large drills & people knocking on our door. They leave us notes for the days they need to bother us to paint the door etc but always come on the wrong day & demand to do it anyway. The 3 elevators is not enough for this huge building. Also the fire alarm goes off literally 3 times a week I assume because of the construction, it’s extremely loud & makes it impossible to do any work or sleep at home.
