We had a quote from Lance 2 years ago when we first noticed leaking from our newly installed shingled roof (done by another roofer). Lance was so patient with us when we called several times with changes and questions. He even noticed we had 2 broken trusses that none of the other roofing companies had noticed. Once we booked the work, Lance was very good at communicating with us and letting us know exactly what to expect. They were on time, safe and got the job done within a few days. We were incredibly impressed with Lances professionalism, pricing and attention to detail. Our roof looks absolutely stunning! We couldn't be happier with their work and will recommend to all our friends and family. Thank you Lance and team!

We hired LB Exteriors to remove several layers of old asphalt shingles, and install new Certainteed Landmark Shingles, ice & water shield to eaves & valleys, metal valley pans, breathable synthetic underlayment, new drip edge to eaves & new counter flashing to walls. Lance was quick to return my call and I was very impressed with how soon he was able to provide the estimate. On the day of the estimate he called to confirm and showed up on time. He completed a thorough assessment of my roof. He listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to explain how he would address each one (it was apparent he appreciates a job well done). He was able to provide a printed, detailed estimate right then and there, along with some pamphlets about the materials he would be using. Lance was upfront in terms of expected start date due to how late in the season I called. The roof was completed over 2-3 days in late November. The team arrived in the morning and got started right away. They cleaned up as they worked. Everyone was friendly and professional. There was an unexpected rain one evening and LB Exteriors took the extra precaution and sent someone back to cover the roof (that had ice and water already installed) with a tarp. I highly recommend LB Exteriors and look forward to working with them again.

He and his crew showed up when they said they would, did the job without any issues or delays, and were happy and courteous throughout the entire process. I had originally contacted LB Exteriors for an estimate to install new windows and a door plus new siding on my back storage room, also new eavestroughing (with leaf guards) for the entire house. Lance arrived on time at my property and was very prompt in providing me with an estimate. I found the quote very reasonable and instructed Lance to proceed with the work. When the crew arrived to begin the project, they discovered extensive rot both at the front and back of my house as well as a huge carpenter ant infestation at the front. I was quickly reassured that the repairs were possible, however, what was initially a fairly modest project mushroomed into significant construction, requiring the tear-down and re-build of two partial walls, front and back. Lance then provided me with a new quote and although the cost also grew significantly, I still felt it was reasonable, considering what was involved. I have never worked with such a professional, thorough and friendly crew who treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect and drew me in every step of the way. They were completely transparent about their work and it was clear from the outset that their standards were set very high. What seemed to me a complete nightmare at first turned into the most positive experience I could hope for and the best news is, my house is now structually sound! I won't hesitate to use Lance and his staff again for future projects. Thank you for such excellent work!
