They said it would cost 4.99. 2 months later I review my credit card and it cost almost 50. I call them 2 days after the “renewal” of my monthly subscription that I didn’t even know that I was in and they would not reimburse me the “19.95 for the remaining 28 days of that month. Im mostly a prudent consumer but I felt scammed here. The receptionist asked me if I read the page. All I recall seeing was credit score for 4.99 not a monthly subscription.

They called me because my account got suspended due to me trying to log in multiple times.. because i forgot my password. I was driving on my way home and told the guy that i wasnt in front of my computer because i am driving and he hung up on me.. i dont understand how they are still in business. So rude and unacceptable
Very very poor customer service and be careful because seriously the employees do voluntarily hang up the line on you if they feel like today they doesnt want to resolve any problems, I wonder how much they are paid per hour in order to do nothing of their day. I called 7 times, even faxed 3 times about my issues and also tried their website to contest the informations that are wrong but it doesnt work. I called Equifax and they updated my file within 5 minutes so TransUnion you should close your business asap or change your employees and make the process easier ..right now its horribleee..what a nightmare.
Worst costumer services. unable to talk to anyone.
Frustrating service. Wish I had the option to give 0 stars. The guy just told me repeatedly to review they're website.
