Wrongfully charged my cc for a very large amount. Been waiting a month and a half for reimbursement. Still no refund, apology or resolution.

I dealt with this company when a product they distribute within Canada expired significantly before the indicated date. I contacted their line and Julie Caron answered, as she wasn't comfortable with her grasp of English, she bounced me back to their switchboard to quickly get rid of the discomfort this anglophone caused her. I explained the situation to the personnel who explained one of their reps would be in contact with me. This rep was once again Julie Caron, who emailed to explain I could do an exchange of the product at one of the Shopper's Drug Mart stores they distribute to, however that specific location she chose was unreasonably distant from my location and I asked for an arrangement near my postal code/not outside my city of residence. It took her 4 weeks from that correspondence to follow-up and explain there was nothing she could do and only that specific location can do the exchange. Complete fabrication and a total piss-take. I'm holding them accountable and will refrain from purchasing items they distribute in Canada. If this was one of those cutesie 'francophones berate anglophones for sport' situations, recognize you reside in a majority English-speaking country and we are mass consumers of your products, you absolute imbeciles.
