Great family owned builder that puts customized top quality, unique & sexy building design, as a focal point... There is no doubt that I will absolutely do business with them in the future ;)
Beware of buying from presti condos, they sweet talk you into buying preconstruction when its done so many defects start popping up and at that point its not there problem anymore, spent over 5000 in lawyer fees without any call from presti, after 1 year i get a call saying someone will come by fix it, 5000 down and a year of constant issues!
Our Presti experience started in the fall of 2015. Having interviewed several builders, we were starting to get discouraged until we met Mr. Paolo Presti. His honesty and open approach was a breath of fresh air. After just one meeting we were easily convinced our home would be a Presti home. My wife was assigned a designer to help out with selections, concerns, questions, etc...made everything smooth and easy. By July, our home was ready ahead of schedule! They had even coordinated the exterior work with our pool and pavé contractor! Honestly, I don't see how anyone could have a negative experience with such a professional company. They're always there to answer questions, concerns and follow up is A-1. HIGHLY recommended. Thank you Presti's for building our perfect dream home!
