The whole process was easy and straight forward using the web site. The storage unit was delivered when expected and picked up as per the request. I did run into a bit of an issue with one payment but after sending an email I got an almost immediate response from a customer service representative who quickly resolved the issue. Your on line service is amazing, I scheduled the delivery and pickup all from your website, and it was flawless. The guys that delivered the pod were friendly and patient, I wanted to get the pod as close to my retaining wall as possible, they tried the best they could, they didn’t just show up, drop the pod and run. Never used them. Quoted for a move from Mtl to Hfx.
They require tooooo much info to get a price on a pod rental.
