Kayla and Caroline offered a patient, friendly, and responsive service! They really took the time to go through every item that I needed, and it was very helpful being able to visit their showroom. They also work with you to resolve any problems that come up in the planning of your event. Finally, they offer great high quality products. I rented a backdrop, tables, chairs, tablecloths, portable bar, decorative items, plates, wine glasses, cutlery, and a sound system. Thank you Célétête!
This is by far the best rental company i've dealt with! They were so patient, helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I couldnt be happier with how the event turned out and i couldnt have done it without caroline's eye for decor! Thank you so much, and ill definitely be back.
The people are very nice, but we had a bad experience with an equipment we rented (food chafer/warmer) that didn't work. We ended up eating the food cold at my son's birthday party. I told the person upon returning the equipment, and nothing at all was offered. It's not for the 20... I was just very disappointed with the service. *UPDATE: I was subsequently contacted and offered a full refund, probably after they saw the 1-star review. So I'm bumping my review to 3 stars.
