Quite overpriced for what it is. The menu doesn't match reality. You aren't getting high quality ice cream or a lot of toppings. It's pretty much vanilla or chocolate soft serve ice cream with like one ferrero chocolate put on it or 2 small brownie pieces depending on which one you get. God forbid you order the sundae bowl. It's super portion controlled, the ice cream doesn't even touch the sides of the bowl and asking for coffee crisp topping, I might as well have asked for sand. Like no real pieces at all. The selection of dips is nice and the waffle ice cream creations are good. The waffles are made fresh, but because they're hot the ice cream inside melts fast and the waffle really overrides the taste of any toppings put in it. The ambiance inside is nice and the location is great. However, we've encountered attitude from the staff which is unnecessary for an ice cream shop. One of the women there needs to learn that we can still see and hear her even if she's across the counter. Honestly she needs to learn to work in public. She made the cone wrong so we just told her so she could fix it. She threw the cone with force into the garbage can and then proceeded to vent to her coworker right in front of us before making the new cone. A little too uptight for an ice cream shop.

I love the decor & the vibes of this place. Their desserts are not only beautiful, but also gorgeous! If you are craving sweets, they will definitely satisfy you. Plus, they are open all year round!

Nice ambiance but quite overpriced. Cost 22.50 for 2 waffle cones. A bit disappointing with the topping quantity.

Gaufres & Glaces laval is open!!! The place is very nice,clean and very modern looking. I ate a waffle with all the works and it was delicious. The service was fast.worth going!!!
