Great service, great price.
We bought a sink protector and they didn’t have it so we ordered it and they told us it would come by next week. We called and they told us they had ordered the wrong item, told us to wait another week. Ciot never called us to inform the order had arrived and every time we called to ask for updates, they say it would arrive next week. They kept us waiting for 2 months like that. We got tired of waiting so we decided to cancel the order. We come by the store to get the refund and they tell us they couldn’t place the order because the item was discontinued, but they took the money alright. And then told us they couldn’t refund us without the authorization of the manager. For a 60 item. Told us to wait for the manager to contact us for the refund. Waste of money and time. Terrible customer service. I will NEVER go back to buy anything from this company. Too bad I cannot give a minus one review because they don’t even deserve one star.
