First time ever, went this weekend to check out strollers. All the girls working were huddled in the back chit chatting - no one said hello to us at the entrance or asked us at any point if we needed assistance. Too bad management isn't smart enough to realise that they're paying salary to employees who are doing n.o.t.h.i.n.g. I ended up leaving, and I actually purchased a stroller with good customer service at Babies R Us (first time there too actually!). First impressions mean everything - Lost me as a client for life.
Wow what a bad service , kids on the strollers looked as if we were bothering them as we asked them simple questions “ can you please show me how do you close this stroller” Not going back 100% sure!!! No thank you !!
Great experience for moms to be, purchased a promotional set of a crib and 3drawer changing table. Service was helpful and pricing was great. Overally great experience, will be back to purchase more items.
