A great place to purchase consumables that will never require warranty. From our experience (on three separate occasions), should you require warranty or a quick resolution to a DOA or Defective out-of-the box product, this vendor doesn't seem to care, nor will they get back to you in a timely fashion, and will not address the main issues/provide a reasonable solution when they do. A great company if you don't expect follow-up service. Unfortunately, the above issues are a far too common problem with Hydroponic / Garden Supply Distribution businesses in general. Hopefully, competition will force change.
