I didn’t know I had a file until I called my gym. . Anyway people there don’t speak English. I almost made a payment under another account because the person didn’t know how to spell their email. Probably because of that I didn’t receive any notice. Response *** Btw. I never say I did not want to pay, actually I called myself the Gym first to notice them I wanted to cancel and then I discovered it was already sent to this unprofessional company ... My review was about the lack of English by part of your unprofessional people, I asked to repeat the email to so many times and every time was the wrong spelling and I did not understand. Sorry but there is not frustration about my part, as a customer I reviewed your company as it deserved, LACK OF ENGLISH by part of the personal, and I was about to make a wrong payment (which I never refused to do). At the end I just called back my gym to make the payment by phone cause I never understood what you were saying and spelling by phone. :)

To even call this company unprofessional implies that there is some form of effort to make an attempt at professionalism. This company is something special. They do not identify themselves or who they represent. They do not have their facts straight and when you request for documents to back up their claim, their response is “sir, what you think I’m lying? You don’t believe me?”. How do you respond to that? They keep changing their positions like a frog to cover the mistakes they make. They love derailing conversation on providing documentations and their slogan is as one employee put it “I don’t care, this doesn’t affect me this is going to ruin your life”. I honestly wish I was making this up. And I wouldn’t be surprised if they are being paid a couple dollars above minimum wage based on how loud they can shout on the phone. I’m just a loser, they won.

Very rude ***Edit: The comment here is not false. There was a mistake and you guys were extremely rude and condescending. I was transfered to the ''Boss" and he answered by saying "What?" Not hello our how can I help you? And you ended our conversation by hanging up on me. Very unprofessional. Maybe instead of just copy pasting a response on everyone who leaves a negative comment, you fix your customer service problem.
This place is a scam. They threatened me saying I owed them money but don’t listen! Shame on these people for being so rude. Their reviews say it all! Garbage service along with rude people.
Very rude, non-transparent and sound like a telemarketing scam groups. This is what happen not long ago, they called, I ask to ID themself, they refused, unless I give my phone number and personal information first?. In today world their are so many scams and ID theft going on and this ground have the audacity to tell me they will not inform me why they call unless, I revealed myself to them? Seams to me when you call someone, you identified yourself first, state clearly the reason of your call then, ask for the person you are calling for. It is only common sense and professional. But, since I declined to freely give away my informations, very rudely in a fast speaking manner, "well then I can't help you" then hanged up abruptly. "Can't help me"? They forgot, they were the one calling me... Mr Beauchamp Girard, if you are reading this, you should be more aware of your company rating. 1,9 on 5 as of Jan 2018? You can do better.
Impoli et non professionnel.! If i could give negative stars I would. I am just shocked at the lack of professionalism! BEWARE! ....I did not even owe any money to them and they treated so poorly! I can not imagine how they must act towards those who they are trying to collect from. Very Un-Canadian like to say the least and a prime example of why may people consider "French" to be rude and obnoxious. This team is the poster children for how French get a bad name!
If I could give them less than one star I would. Ms Carriere has no empathy and was not helpful at all. She was not respectful and arrogant. She would not stop to blame me. Always in a rush to hung up the phone.
