LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I had someone at my place Friday to do the \treatment\. He just sprayed around and added a few grams (I am not exaggerating) of grey powder under the sink and on the back of my toilet together with a cockroaches \trap\ - a paper with some glue on it. He assured me they will be gone! I came back Sunday evening to my empty and treated kitchen and...surprise: the cockroaches where alive and very well (I even have a video with a very active one). But the worst is yet to come as I call them to complain and the lady there was telling me is normal and it takes ONE MONTH for them to go as their products are \Eco-friendly\. Plus, she told me that if are other apartments infested they will continue to come...therefore...why are we \treating\ for? I told her I had this issue before in another apartment and the treatment worked very well and all I had left were dead roaches or dying ones. She asked me with sarcasm: \are u an expert in bugs extermination and if so u can come and do my job\!? Because only an expert can tell u that after a \professional\ roaches treatment is absolutely normal to still have them for another month!!!!! Of course I answered that last time I checked you didn't need university degree to deal with this and after SHE called me rude and she just hang up on me!!! Great customer service! NOT! It seems it is OK for their employees to be rude and sarcastic but they don't accept the same treatment. Was a very bad experience for me!

After doing my research, I had the opportunity to deal with Astro Extermination recently, and had a positive outcome.. from the beginning of my issues to the end it was taken care of quickly and responsibly without any damages..Even after service, I had a courtesy call to make sure everything was to my satisfaction...Very pleased I placed a call for value and service.... well done... keep up the good work... :)
Want to keep your bugs? Hire these guys! My land lord has been dealing with them for a cockroach problem and we still have them a year and a half later. The few times I was actually there during \treatment\ all they did was put instant contact kill spray, but nothing that would help in the long run(long acting poison or products that would sterilize the current and futur population to stop reproduction). No amount of constant cleaning and regular disinfection helps the matter if all we ever get it botched treatments and sticky traps. Innefective at best and I can't change to another company since my landlord picks who \treats\, sadly.
