The staff is very professional, caring and willing to help. I feel like our daughter is in excellent hands. Love it there!

I love this clinic. Dr Kireva has been our Dr since 2017 aprox. She has always been very patient and careful with my 6 year old son. I've read some comments about her, but I have to admit that she has been very helpful for us. She has reffered us to different specialist and we were very satisfied by her professionalism. This is my experience and it's important also to let people know that she has been very helpful, observant, careful, and attentive towards us.

So far we're very satisfied with the service and the quality of treatment at Agoo. Staff is polite and professional. Receptionnists on the phone are quick and helpful. Whenever we leave a message for our family doctor, the assistants call back in a reasonable time and questions are answered thoroughly!

We tried the walk-in because our son needed stitches. The secretary informed us that the clinic does not perform the procedure which is fine but to make sure, she wanted to ask a doctor. Out came the doctor and we were told again that they don't do stitches at the clinic. Again, that's fine by us. We'll look for somewhere else. But before we can leave the doctor told the secretary to take our Medicare card. That's just poor practice because the doctor ended up charging our public health system for a consultation when she knew they could not perform the procedure. The entire experience lasted 2 mins and when I ask why the Medicare card was necessary, she told us she passed us before all of her other patients, to basically repeat what the secretary had told us. That reflects poorly on the doctor's priorities.

I have to write a review because I’m fed up by the fact that I can’t get my daughters an appointment when they’re sick! As someone else mentioned below receptionists are perfect very attentive etc.. the place, nice clean, good. But when it come to the doctors who they ARE ALL NICE you can clearly see and feel that there’a a rush, you need to be quick when asking your questions, and that’s if you’re LUCKY YOU GOT AN APPOINTMENT, they need more doctors at Agoo, it feels as if you were booking a table at a restaurant where they tell you: no ma’am sorry but there’s no place, we’re fully booked, only that AGOO is not a restaurant, and I don’t have 100 more options of where to take my sick daughters to.
