I have been a customer of Snogone for about 5 years. I paid the rental of the shelter, in full, in October and am still waiting for the installation of the frame and tarp. I called and emailed them with my concerns. They advised that if would be installed, the latest, by the end of last week. I called them, again, last Friday and they advised it would be installed by December 9. Furthermore, every year, I ask the installers to secure the shelter properly and every year I am outside trying to hold it down. The only year it was installed properly was when the owner was at my house and inspected the installation of the shelter. I am strongly considering finding another shelter company.

This is the first time I've used Snogone car shelter rental for winter season 2019-2020 and it will be the last. Their business model is a mystery: as a new customer, you are added to the bottom of the list and thus get the car shelter installed late (i.e. late November/early December), which means you are already at the mercy of early snowfalls. Furthermore, being \last on the list\ means you get the bottom of the barrel car shelter: mine was old, ripped, lopsided and dirty. What's interesting is that there are several homes on my street that also use Snogone and their car shelters were new and pristine - so perhaps, these renters had the \inside take\ on getting a better shelter? Also, despite being told that the ails\ to anchor the car shelter would leave indiscreet holes, this was not the case. When the car shelter was removed, I had broken asphalt in 4-5 places (see pictures below) and only a very few minor holes. To add insult to injury, the car shelter was removed on May 14th after multiple calls (i.e. Based on the conversation I had, we were clearly forgotten, and had I not called, I'm convinced the car shelter would still be up in July). Another issue to the broken asphalt, is the installation/removal team left 5-6 protruding nails in the driveway including one within the metal bracket ! I was left to add ribbons to the protruding nails, so no one would trip or drive over one and had to add an \orange cone\ to the left over ail-bracket\ piece. I finally had these protruding nails and metal bracket removed on June 26th after (again) multiple calls and emails. I was very close to sending a lawyer's letter. If I could give them \zero\ stars, I would. This is a haphazard, poorly run business, which seems to have a niche market in Laval. I would steer clear of them and use a more reputable company (i.e. Tempo)
What a great company. So sad to see all these negative reviews because people aren't as understanding as they should be. I can see that the owner takes the time to reply to their reviews and tries to rectify the problems that their customers may face and this just goes to show that they have integrity and value their customers satisfaction. As for my experience with Snogone, I only have good things to say as I am a very satisfied customer. Despite covid and all the delays it has caused to every business, Snogone has managed to stay on top of their game and still offer an exceptional service. Staff is very informative and willing to help. Would definitely recommend them if looking for a good car shelter company.
Excellent service provided by a very professional company! They definitely strive to ensure their customers are served well and they remained faithful to their contract deadlines. Would certainly recommend!
I bought a Custom tent for the entrance of my store and I was highly impressed by the job. The installation and the quality were very good. The office is easy to deal with. Would highly recommend this company!
