Great service and prices, and a very good selection of products especially stainless steel products and semi-precious stones. The owner is often there and is very pleasant and helpful. I've also met the employees there and everyone has been great so far. I've visited this store a few times and will continue to go there. Highly recommend!

Worst service and meanest owner ever. Im sorry to leave a review like this but I had to let others know. The owner there is super rude. Not helpful at all and actually told me that I couldn't just walk around shopping in her store. I had 10 minutes to do my shopping because she had \other things to do and couldn't spend the time watching me in the store\ (keep in mind it was 4pm and they closed at 8pm that day...) I was completely taken aback by this comment. I've never heard that being said to a customer in my life. I've gone a couple of times to buy some stuff and everytime i feel like im being watched but not helped and the lady and the man there are super cold and rude. I'm so disappointed because i had been looking for a good place to buy supplies for my jewelry business and thought I had found it. But I'll never set foot in that store again. Neither will I recommend anyone to go there. There's people out there that actually appreciate your business. This isn't one of them.
I got a beautiful bracelet from this store. It was elegant, simple, and yet still makes quite a statement when wearing it. The staff is lovely. I highly recommend this place.
