Absolutely Fabulous. I recently bought an Electronic Piano after a relaxed and informative presentation of the different models. When I assembled the unit at home, there was a small problem. Everything looked perfect but the keyboard cover would not open on one side. The first thing I was told was not to worry, all would be repaired. A day later, I was told to just bring it in and that I could exchange mine for the floor model if I wanted to. Before I could, I was contacted again and asked if I had a van. No I don't. They offered to simply deliver the new one and pick up the \old\ one so no disassembly required. 30 minutes later...problem solved. I also take my guitar here. Is a first class operation.

Awesome service and selection! A PRS McCarty is a pretty big guitar purchase. Ian was super helpful and patient throughout the entire process. The guitar was set up perfectly and I'm absolutely loving it. Would definitely recommend these guys. Pay em a visit or check em out on you know what. Cheers.
Best shop ever. I've been looking for a Fender Custom Japan Limited for a year and it was impossible to get and Lauzon has been able to help me at great price with great service.
This is the only place I really trust fully to buy a guitar from. It's a family run boutique business with longtime staff employees. For guitars they stock high end Taylor, Gibson, Martin and my personal favorite- Collings acoustic guitars. The shop also has high end electrics like Fender, Gibson and a few others. I'm not really an electric guitar player but these guys really know their stuff. If you ding, scratch or have a problem with your guitar the tech is extremely good and Taylor certified. The store has some impressive pianos that they sell and rent to music halls. The most expensive I think is a steinway at over 300k. The shop is run in a relaxed manner and you are encouraged to play the instruments which are constantly preened and tuned. There is also a recording equipment corner and these guys know their stuff when it comes to equipment and suggestions. Finally, the shop offers piano and guitar lessons during normal times. Though I dont know about the covid period...
