Shawn did an incredible job with our BCIN drawings. He is very professional, punctual, reliable and great at what he does. He considered our wishes for the plans and came up with drawings that are practical and functional. From day one, he has always been very responsive (both he and Laurie first responded to my message while they were on vacation!) and goes above and beyond expectations. Not only did he come up with drawings that incorporated our wishes, but he took the time to give us tips and suggestions to guide us through the process. The service and the delivered drawings are exceptional, but the biggest reason why I like Shawn is that I can trust that he has my interest in mind.
