I was extremely anxious about the procedure. I expressed my concerns with Dr. Hakim and he made me feel at ease instantly. He is extremely professional and compassionate. As he was preforming the procedure, he was telling me exactly what was happening and what to expect step by step. Thank you so much Dr.Hakim, you are amazing. I also wanted to say thank you to Sandra. She was extremely empathetic and understanding when I was anxious. She made me feel better and confident for the procedure. Thank you to all the staff at LASIK MD. Life changing experience.

Definitely a life changing experience for me. The staff here work like a well oiled machine. Professional and helpful. They all have a role and do it well. The process from the consultation right through the surgery is all so well organized. They have leather couches throughout with free coffee and cookies while you wait. Dr. Hakim is so calm and thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me. Lisa was also very knowledgeable and calming. Even though the staff do this every day they clearly understand that the patients do not. They take their time to make sure you are comfortable. I definitely recommend this location!
My entire experience was excellent. From the initial consultation to the day of the procedure, the staff are extremely professional and courteous. Dr. Cabrera was incredibly attentive and explained every step of the procedure before and during the surgery. My results are amazing and I wish I'd have done this sooner! The staff at Hamilton LASIK MD was incredible. I was super nervous before my surgery, and every staff member I interacted with went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed, as well as answer all my questions and go over details with me as many times as I needed. The surgeon made sure to talk to me every second of the surgery, which really helped me stay calm and distracted. The whole day flew by, completely pain free, because of their efforts. As for the surgery, it was a breeze; fast, painless, and super effective. I got my surgery done 24 hours ago, and I can already see perfectly, and I haven't experienced any discomfort or pain. I highly recommend the surgery and this clinic to anyone in the area who's considering laser eye surgery.
For those who are nervous or scared DO NOT BE! The procedure took minutes and everyone from the front desk staff to all the workers at LASIK MD are very professional and caring! They all take their time and make sure everything is answered and they make the experience a lot better. The procedure itself takes about 3 minutes (painless and fast) and I personally did not feel anything after the procedure aswell. Highly recommend LASIK surgery if you need it. Over all 10/10 experience. 20/20 vision is a must!!! Thank you to all the workers at LASIK MD much appreciated!
