by far the best way to quit smoking. helped not only with the physical quitting but with creating a better way to deal with the anxiety of losing the habit. I have tried so many things and Sheila made the process far simpler and easier to deal with. If you want to quit this treatment is what you need. I cant describe how much better I feel and I would recommend anyone.

Amazing! Sheila and her team along with the treatment itself is all you need to be successful. If you are ready to quit smoking I can’t recommend this program more. For myself the experience was like a light switch. I literally left the office and haven’t craved a cigarette since. This I don’t believe is a typical story- but it is mine. I have been a non smoker now for over 3 years. Just 4 months ago my boyfriend was ready to book his appointment and although the result has been the same he went back for the booster and worked his way through his own journey. Hard Core 35 year smoker and I quit thanks to Laser Center! This last July I decided to try and quit smoking. I didn’t really want to, I loved smoking. But I had a big scare by losing a co worker to cancer at the young age of 32, as well as the increasing cost and all the problems and difficulties associated with being a smoker made me want to give it a go. I went cold turkey but by day 4 my nerves were completely shot and I needed help. This is where the Laser Centre came in. My husband found them and did some research to see if he thought this would help me. He urged me to try it. It couldn’t hurt trying it right? I showed up the the Laser Center, nerves completely frayed, suffering from nicotine withdrawal brutally.,Sheila quickly brought me in, we had a conversation about why I was trying to quit and why I came to her. I think this was for her to assess how serious I was about quitting and how she could help me. Over the next three weeks I had laser therapy. No, it doesn’t take away the nicotine withdrawal, unfortunately nothing can magically do that. But when my nerves were frayed and I was feeling weak, the Laser therapy helped me feel physically better, calmed my frayed nerves and I was back in control to continue the fight. I fought and I won! I am now nearly 7 months smoke free and loving it. It’s changed my life. And with my new found money, I recently treated myself to a helicopter tour in Hawaii of several beautiful valleys with amazing waterfalls everywhere. It was amazing. I couldn’t afford that before as a smoker. Sheila was great, she was very supportive and I knew she really wanted me to succeed. If you want to quit smoking, this will help you.
