I can only speak for dry cleaning, not alterations. I brought in my blazer because it has 2 stains on the shoulder. Went to pick it up and I pointed out the stains were still there. The owner (very nice lady) said they couldn't get them out and offered not to charge me the 10. I paid anyway because the blazer was dry cleaned and I know Covid is tough on small businesses. I got home and figured it wouldn't hurt to try to remove them myself since I wasn't going to wear it anymore (I figured I had nothing to lose since not even a dry cleaner could remove the stains). Well, a bit of water with oxiclean and THE STAIN IS GONE. Took me all of 2 minutes. Im disappointed because I know they lied to me and never attempted to remove it. Its not the money, its the principle. I will not be returning.
