Laratta Homes is seriously lacking in communication, integrity, and professionalism. We rented a home from them for over year without issue, until they withheld our deposit despite us having passing the final inspection. They were nearly impossible to contact via phone or e-mail throughout the entire process. The best words to describe Laratta Homes are slimy, and deceitful. They demanded to show the home without 24 hours notice on multiple occasions, even after the Covid-19 pandemic. They sent us our money for the deposit back subtracting nearly a quarter of it for unknown charges and have yet to send the password to accept it. It has been nearly a month later and I still don't have what I am legally entitled to, and what i was told I would receive. 0/10 I have nothing but a bad experience and bad things to say about Laratta Homes. I would highly recommend anyone to find another company. regarding rentals or developments. If i could give 0 stars, I would.
