Another great park. Well signed, clean and inviting. Hiking the Tallow Rock Bay trail into our site at Hidden Cove was fantastic, lots of wildlife. My four year old son had very little trouble walking the trail (most kids who play on play structures can handle the trail it seems). Signs were great, site was great. We got lucky and did not have any boaters near us at all and slept under the stars. Highly recommended.

A peaceful park with lots of trails for hiking and biking. The water is great for swimming and the kids will love the wildlife. Not to be missed if you are in the area.

One of our favourite camping within 2 hours of Ottawa. Large and private camping spots, with very clean toilets. Beaches are not crowded. You can swim to nearby small islands. Great hikes under the shade of the pine trees. We especially enjoyed Sandstone Island trail that brings you to a rock shelter and ruins of an old settler building.

cant judge for all cases and families but for my needs and my experience this is even 0 stars thanks God I could cancel ( because of covid19 cancelation is 100%guaranteed) no privacy whatsoever..not family-friendly. way to stretched... you need car to go everywhere or too much time/effortto use entirelythe site........toilet smells 100m around - the campgrounds around toilets must be very very \farm\ used to be able to endure the odor... ( went to campground to enjoy the freshness of forest...not bad digestion/synthetic cheap meal odors ...hope sarcasm is clear)
