I have had a terrible experience with a cobsuconsu by the name of Julie Lajeunesse. She kept emailing me for a few days regarding job postings and sometimes the same posting over again. I finally showed an interest in one of the positions and after she called me twice, I was able to return her call. The phone call started off with her asking me if I can describe my experiences over the last 2 years since she had an old resume of mine. I started talking about what departments I have worked at and before I could start describing any of my roles and responsibilities, she cut me off stating that my experiences are completely outside the field of accounting and finance and she won't be able to consider me. But she didn't give me a chance to even talk about my duties and why I think I may qualify. She stated that it was her job to contact candidates that they have not been in touch with for a while. I was expressing to her that it was unfortunate that she kept calling and emailing me and when I showed an interest in a role, she rejected me so quickly. Then in the middle of the conversion, the call dropped. I am pretty sure she hung up on me because right after I tried to call her back and she did not pick up. This was the worst experience ever and I was really not expecting that from such a large organization. I thought the purpose of a staffing agency is to assist individuals in their job search and help them become successful. I am extremely upset and disappointed with the service and harrassment by Julie Lajeunesse.
