** CAUTION** they’ll stick you with damaged/missing pieces and pretend it’s completely acceptable.. Never will I shop here again! I bought a Melissa and Doug calendar, turns out it was missing a couple of days of the week as well as the month of September. When I went to return it, i was told that it’s perfectly acceptable to be missing pieces because it’s used, and currently unusable They would only give me store credit because it was passed 7 days. Don’t waste your here

Edit to review: I wasn’t trying to sell anything. I was a someone trying to shop. So the reply on this review is absurd. Drive to Abbotsford. Better customer service. Manager doesn’t care much about customers. I’d rather pay full price for things than come to this location.

Pretty expensive compared to other OUAC locations. Staff don't acknowledge you when you enter the store...no help. Everyone seems miserable. Abbotsford is much better.
