I live in the Willoughby Walk, which was built by this company. Shoddy workmanship. REALLY poor floors. The floors radiate ANY sound that comes from above. My upstairs neighbor is a very selfish person who loves to run inside, and with this pathetic construction, it is an awful place to live. The finishes of the suites are very low end. Any company that is looking to purchase a building, should really consider the problems they will have for many years to come.
