After years of using the same photographer for my real estate listings, I decided to make a switch upon a friend's recommendation. The photos Tyson provided were top notch. I also decided to see what their marketing materials were like and ordered feature sheets for a new listing. You get what you pay for! The feature sheets my brokerage provides are an 8/10 but if you want to impress potential buyers, you'll get a 10/10 with these guys. So far so good...I'm glad I made the switch. Thanks Cotala!

I have been working with Cotala for 5 years. The entire team is incredible. From my business cards...to flyers, signs, booklets, stickers, banners these guys to absolutley everything! I have recently re branded my entire company and they took care of it all. Proofs are sent from designers so quickly and items are printed and delivered faster then sometimes I arrive at my office! The owners take care of everyone client that walks through that door and pride of ownership is evident. I would not work anywhere else for my marketing and stationary needs! After using Cotala for a number of years I decided to expand my business with their team of designers. I had a fully detailed meeting with two of their representatives and asked them to take my existing material and turn it into a professional looking brochure - not the silly clip art I was using on Word Document! After a great meeting with their staff, I was promised a great price, a quick turn around, and professional grade material. Imagine my dismay when I received the first proof back and it was my design (right down to the horrible clip art) with a banner across the bottom for formatting. Not only did this proof take 3 weeks to get back (we had to ask for them to hurry up), but it was missing key elements we had clearly discussed in the meeting. I was not impressed! Enter: Tavish! As the manager with an already busy workload, he not only took my my scorched-earth email, but patiently heard how extremely let down I was on the phone. The conversation was very difficult and he handled it very, very, well. After I felt heard, Tavish not only expressed that he would take on the project himself, but promised I would be pleased with the end product... and as you can imagine - I was quite the skeptic! Now, weeks later I am happy to say I not only have an extremely beautiful booklet, but an extremely high respect for Tavish as a person, and a business person. He did an amazing job, and you can tell he truely cares about his business to take on my project. A problem is only as troublesome as the ability to fix it - and Tavish nailed it. I will not hesitate to use them in future knowing how well they resolve issues (if any). As a business 4/5, but Tavish is absolutely 5/5.
