I have been working with this bank for many years. This department has a good and friendly team. Very fast and confident service. Large enough parking. There are 2 ATMs for transactions. The only thing that doesn't suit me very well is the working hours. Need to work longer, because people after work do not have time to get to you. Keep it up guys. Thanks)

BMO is so ancient, I made a card online, went to the branch twice to prove my ID despite providing it online, and then they wanted to book me in for ANOTHER seating where I would have to spend an hour to make an account. Please value your client’s time. We’re as busy as you Edit: with all due respect, I highly highly doubt it’s a branch issue....
Very unprofessional attitude of the employees. we struggled a lot to open a business account and after wasting a lot of time we moved to CIBC, never ever bank with BMO. No customer satisfaction, BMO should spend money on training staffs instead of advertisement, that will attract more customers and positive reviews.
Great location, friendly service and very clean.
Just need more tellers when required, if your looking for a bank with a long line up to get service, I highly recommend this one as there quite consistent. Tellers are friendly and helpful once you get service.
