Dr. Hawkins delivered my baby girl a few days ago. I was not a previous patient of hers, but I was diverted to Langley Memorial while she was working. I feel so blessed to have had her as the doctor that day/night. She is so down to earth, has a great sense of humour, and is very understanding and responsive to questions or concerns. I have chosen to start seeing her as my OBGYN based on my experience. I also met Dr. Ng who works at this clinic for a follow up. He was also wonderful. Thorough, personable, and provides clear information and answers to questions.

The receptionist there she is extremely rude— I’m almost contemplating of making a formal complaint as she was extremely unprofessional. I am not sure I will be returning as a patient because even calling in to make an appointment and she answers gives me anxiety; let alone coming in and having to see her firsthand.

Dr savajdic is amazing! She listened to all my concerns and stuff with my pregnancy and really validated me which was such a relief, truly an amazing woman that is really helping me through this last leg of pregnancy! the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the receptionist is quite rude and just not pleasant at all to deal with, she should definitely be working on her people skills, even when they call and my mom answers the phone she is thrown off by the attitude in this ladies voice!

Every visit to Dr. Love, I am very pleased with unusual short wait time and very organized and friendly staff. I thank them because I can feel that they also value the patients' time. Dr. Love is very good and thoughtful to patients. She has nice smile all the time and easy going personality. My hysterectomy had been perfectly performed and I was discharged next day earlier than I expected. Thank you Dr. Love and all staff and wish you all the best.
