The most important thing about this service is going above and beyond and understanding what the customers needs are from start to finish and getting the job done the right way! We called in for help on Saturday and spoke to Vivian. She was very pleasant to deal with over the phone and was very helpful. She then got a technician to come in and check what was wrong with it. Gary was the one who showed up and knew right away what part was needed in order for our heater to start working again. Unfortunately, the part needed to be ordered in and was not expected until today. Gary was able to squeeze us in in-between his other appointments this morning and installed the part and voila....WE HAVE HEAT!!!! Nicely done Gary! We will definitely recommend you to everyone.

Got leaking on our 13 years old hot water tank on 1st of January 2021, tried to find some one to fix the problem on holidays, I was lucky to find right Company, my hot water tank replaced on Saturday January 2nd, I was impressed with quality and care and I highly recommend.
