I had a wonderful experience with Zancope Notary. All of the staff were friendly and professional, and I was able to complete the sale of my townhouse and purchase of a house effortlessly. They took care of everything, and I simply signed the paper work. Their services are affordable, and you can rest assured everything will be done right.
Flavia is really communicative, and extroverted. I liked her as a person - she even gave us a mint in the end of the day we sign. Very personal and nice. I have purchase a house and used their services. My e-mail was always misspelled, I have sent 3 e-mails asking to please correct that because I was not getting any communication, even with that, they have sent my e-mail to Strata misspelled again, it took me a month to understand why I was not getting the e-mails from Strata - I'm Brazilian and my last name is pretty straightforward. Even if it was a difficult last name, after 3 e-mails, I though it would be correct. The day we were there to sign the papers, we were advised in the moment that we had to pay 1,000 extra and when we got home, it was charged a different amount - around 2,000. We sent an e-mail about this, and they said it was spoken in the day - which wasn't. My husband is Canadian and he understood the same as I did. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here. I understand she did what she had to do, but I wish they were clear and communicate better with us. It was a very confusing experience.
Flavia and her team are very professional and organized. They have guided us through the Will/POA/RA process and made it so much less stressful. Plus they are friendly and quick to answer any questions you might have. I highly recommend Zancope Notary Services.
