I contacted Finishers Touch to inquire on a quote to do crown moldings and painting in my home. After reading through their impressive website and reviews on TrustedPros, I trusted that I was contacting a good company to do the work. Marc, who replied to my email inquiry, said he needed to come out to have a look at my place in order to give me a quote. Unfortunatey, Marc did not show up for both appointments as scheduled, simply because his schedule was too busy. I honestly have no problems waiting for an appointment time, but the issue I have is that he didn't show up both times. As such, I feel like his time is more important than my time and felt that he was very disrespectful of my time. Anyhow, he asked to reschedule again but after I emailed him ask if he will show up at the third appointment, I never heard back from him. I guess he simply doesn't care. Very disappointing to see a business run like this. I'm glad I did not proceed with hiring the company for any work.
I contacted The Finishers Touch to have some crown molding installed, the service I received was very professional and the molding looks great. I would definitely keep Marc (the owner) in mind again if I ever needed some more work done.
