You guys are really badly untrustworthy !!! 2 Deliveries in 6 months not done when promised and causing our Company Thousands of Dollars. Very bad service from Superior Propane. I had to run around the weekend trying to fill up Propane Tanks. You guys are probably going to blame it on the little bit of snow we had, eh ?

I bought a 5th wheel. I wanted to get my propane tank checked and filled if needed. Because Superior bought out Canwest I needed a new smart tank. The original person I talked to assured me everything would be taken care of in regards to delivery, and filling up of tank. I had to take a day off work because for delivery day. Delivery happened and it was supposed to have 10% to hold me until another truck came to fill it completely. I get a call day after delivery telling me I need to order more propane as I'm down to less than 5%. I can't believe they didn't dispatch automatically, like they said would happen a truck to fill it. Now two days later I finally log on to check if delivery had happened and I'm sitting at 2%. I don't know if you want to try another company that departments actually talk to each and coordinate new customers or go through this ordeal. I'm ready to nix my contact as it's the coldest time of year and I'm having to pay hydro for heat as my furnace will not kick in with that low of pressure, when I'm paying for propane that is not even here.
