Had an excellent experience. Showed up close to the end of the day and Justin made us feel welcome. He went out of his way to show us samples of the different sheen levels and provided suggestions and helpful hints on how to paint and additional products that would help us get the extra designs done right.

waiting 15 minutes at a cashier at my hourly rate makes that single paintbrush the most expensive paintbrush in my lifetime. These guys show no sense of urgency and do not even acknowledge your existence. General Paint used to have great service, not so here at Sherwin Williams.

Went to pickup paint since our home used Sherwin-Williams paint when they built this place. Sampled a large piece from wall to match the colour. Colour was way off. And also price was over 60 dollars / gallon. Waste of money. Went to Home depot and got the perfect colour matched for less than 35 a gallon. Never going to this location again.
