I submitted a consumer proposal with Sands & Associates. They were communicative, patient, explained everything fully and answered all my questions, on numerous occasions. I had a very lovely woman named Bethany helping me out through the entire process and she embodied all these things and more. If you're feeling overwhelmed and hopeless about your debt like I was - I recommend contacting these guys ASAP. THANKS A BILLION S&A

I'm really glad that I reached out to Sands initially just with a question about a card that I felt I'd never be able to pay off what with the high interest rate - I just wanted some advice on regards to how I should approach the credit card company. Next thing I know I'm talking to Kristine about my financials and I decided to go with a debt proposal. I had no idea that I could use that for my student loan debt too. That debt was in deferment but years old so I'm really happy to have that dealt with. I feel so much better now not having to do the dance every month, frustrated that my money wasnt my own-keeping afloat but barely just barely if even. And then after, the 2 counselling sessions with Marlene really gave me great tools and information I had no idea about, to help me rebuild my credit all while paying off my debt in 5 yrs instead of who knows how long. I went from 26k total debt and Sands bringing it down to 10k. I get it's a worry that it could affect your score, but so is defaulting and your mental health with thank you. If you're considering options, just call them or send an email, don't wait.
I had a really great experience with sands, they really helped me on my CRA debt and other collective debts! My consultant Dana did a very job at making me feel comfortable and help me lift the weight off my shoulders again! I would highly recommend them
