Called Monday. Laptop was picked up at my home on Tuesday, repaired and returned on Wednesday. Good communication the whole way. Would use again and would recommend.
Their Mac expert Steve got a hold of me after I called their main line, and showed up at my door a few hours later. He got rid of the malware problem we had, and not only showed me how to clean my own computer, but set me up with a anti-malware program as well; All done in a little less than an hour costing 100 clams. I'm very pleased, and highly recommend them.
Excellent service and very helpful! Steve has been professionally fixing computers since the mid 90's. He knows his stuff.
